Our Terms of Use

Last updated: September 25, 2026

Welcome to EDDIFY! These Terms of Use (these “Terms”) govern your access to and use of eddify.co and the online courses, question banks, practice tests, videos, forums, events, store, and related services we provide (together, the “Services”). The Services are provided by EDDIFY Learning Co., LLC (“EDDIFY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Please read Section 14 carefully. It contains an agreement to resolve most disputes through individual arbitration and a waiver of class actions.

1. Our Services

EDDIFY provides test preparation resources for the SAT, PSAT, ACT, and related exams, including self-paced online courses, question banks, practice tests, instructional videos, community forums, and live or recorded events. Our materials are for educational purposes only. We work hard to make them accurate and effective, but we do not guarantee any particular score, score increase, admission decision, or other result.

SAT® and PSAT/NMSQT® are registered trademarks of the College Board, and ACT® is a registered trademark of ACT, Inc. Neither organization is affiliated with EDDIFY or endorses the Services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to use them. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for their child’s use of the Services, including any purchases.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us promptly at hello@eddify.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared.

3. Memberships, Purchases, and Refunds

Memberships. Memberships give you access to specific courses and question banks for the term shown at purchase (for example, 6 months). Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, memberships do not renew automatically. You may purchase a new membership when your term ends.

Pricing and payment. Prices are shown at checkout and may change from time to time. Changes do not affect memberships you have already purchased. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and you authorize us and our providers to charge your selected payment method for your purchases.

Refunds. Because membership content is available immediately after purchase, memberships and course purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled for a refund, except where a refund is required by law. Please make sure you (the parent and/or student) are ready to commit before enrolling. If you experience a technical problem that prevents access, contact us at hello@eddify.co and we will work with you to resolve it.

Merchandise. Physical merchandise purchased through our store is subject to the shipping, return, and exchange details shown at checkout.

4. License to Use the Services

The Services and all content we provide, including courses, questions, explanations, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software (together, “EDDIFY Content”), are owned by EDDIFY or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and EDDIFY Content for your own non-commercial educational use.

You may not: (a) copy, sell, resell, share, or distribute EDDIFY Content or account access; (b) record, download, or scrape the Services except as the Services expressly allow; (c) modify or create derivative works from EDDIFY Content; (d) use robots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the Services; or (e) use EDDIFY Content to build a competing product or service.

5. Videos and Third-Party Services

Some content on the Services is delivered through YouTube and other third-party services. Your use of YouTube content is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. The Services may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

6. Your Content and Community Rules

Some features, such as forums and comments, let you post content (“User Content”). You keep ownership of your User Content, but you give EDDIFY a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with operating and improving the Services. You are responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the rights to post it.

When using the Services, you agree not to: harass, bully, threaten, or impersonate anyone; post content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes someone else’s rights; share personal information about others; post spam or advertising; share exam content in violation of testing-organization rules; attempt to cheat, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Services; or upload malware. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice that meets the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to hello@eddify.co or to EDDIFY Learning Co., LLC, 4343 Shallowford Rd, Marietta, GA 30062. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, and is part of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Services

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. If we discontinue a course you have paid for before your membership term ends, we will provide access to comparable content or another fair remedy.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND EDDIFY CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDDIFY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT USING THEM WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR TEST SCORE OR RESULT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDDIFY AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND INSTRUCTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EDDIFY from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us at hello@eddify.co first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way. Both parties agree to try in good faith to resolve a dispute informally for at least 30 days before starting arbitration.

Binding arbitration. If a dispute is not resolved informally, you and EDDIFY agree that it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will take place in Cobb County, Georgia, or by video or phone if both parties agree. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, or seek injunctive relief in court for misuse of intellectual property.

No class actions. Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis, not as a class, collective, or representative action.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@eddify.co within 30 days after you first accept these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we must do so for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we may provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

18. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any terms shown at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and EDDIFY about the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
